Meet Teresa, your path to power and total health.
No excuses. I have an artificial knee, a bum wrist with limited range of motion, am pre-diabetic, post-menopausal, and have to constantly work on my diet, exercise, and flexibility (hey, I’m alive, right?). I’ve had to learn how to continue getting quality exercise within certain parameters. I can help you do the same.
Careening toward 60 full-throttle, with plans for a half Ironman, hiking the El Camino de Santiago, and a few other odds and ends, Teresa is ready to show you what you CAN do. You’re not going to hear the word can’t around here, no matter what limitations you may currently have. There’s no reason to stop. No matter what you might be struggling with — you might be broken down from heavy duty athletics in the past, feeling hopelessly lazy from too much time on the couch, or ache in any number of body parts from innumerable physical issues — Teresa will find a way to get you moving. As for “I don’t have time to work out,” well, this personal trainer asks: Do you have time to sit in a doctor’s waiting room? Guess what. You have time. You know you need to get moving.
Teresa doesn’t want anything — cost included — to get in your way. She’s one of the most affordable trainers in Louisville, and works on a sliding scale if your income isn’t quite where you think it ought to be. Curious yet? Call Teresa at (502) 939-1757 for a quick chat. She’ll schedule your first session — and the first two are FREE — and get you on your path to a healthy, fit, active, all-around better feeling you. (Not into the phone thing? Email her)
